Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for a refund within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• All tags and packaging must be intact

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (e.g. sizing issues or change of mind).

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with photos.

We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges:

• Customers return the original item
• We cover the cost of shipping the replacement item
